What is the minimum order quantity for a custom membrane switch?

Many designs can be sampled from 1 piece. Standard production orders usually start at 100 pieces. High-volume items such as numeric PET/PC keypads may start at 1,000 pieces. Your final MOQ depends on tooling, layer count and material.

What information do you need to start a custom keypad project?

Send a dimensioned drawing (DXF, DWG, PDF or AI), the key layout, circuit schematic or pin-out, tail length and connector type, colors (Pantone or RAL), the adhesive or mounting method, and any operating environment requirements such as temperature, sealing or UV exposure. A physical sample is also accepted.

Should I choose a membrane switch or a silicone rubber keypad?

Membrane switches are thin, sealed and easy to clean, which suits medical, lab and industrial front panels. Silicone rubber keypads offer longer key travel and a soft, cushioned feel, which suits remotes, handheld devices and rugged equipment. Hybrid designs combine a silicone keymat with a membrane or PCB circuit.

How is quality controlled?

Every production lot passes in-process checks at printing, drying, positioning, embossing and assembly. Finished switches receive 100% electrical testing and visual inspection before packing. The factory has been verified onsite by Intertek.

Which payment terms and Incoterms are accepted?

Accepted payment methods are T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A and Western Union, in USD, EUR, HKD or CNY. Supported delivery terms are FOB, CIF, EXW, CIP, CPT, DDP and express delivery.
